Outcomes Australia is a diverse group of leading doctors, health professionals, business executives, lawyers, management consultants, senior communications specialists and religious leaders who, over the past six years tackled community issues from a business perspective. Our organisation achieves results by identifying global leading practice. We work through fluid, multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams, effectively leveraging the skills, networks and experience of our members.

Garry Browne

Garry Browne is a respected business and industry leader, and master of brand building. In his role as CEO and Managing Director of Stuart Alexander & Co, Garry ensures the business maintains its position as a dynamic, agile and technology-driven market leader, while retaining the traditional qualities so valued by its stakeholders.
Garry is a committed advocate for community and social corporate responsibility. Garry was the District Governor of Rotary District 9675 between 2013 and 2014 and has been recognised with a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to the community. Garry is also President of the Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife and a Director of Outcomes Australia. An active philanthropist, Garry founded the S’Team Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Stuart Alexander & Co, which supports underprivileged young Australians.
In business, Garry is Chair of the NSW Government Procurement Advisory Group and is a past President of the Food and Beverage Importers Association. Garry holds a Bachelor of Business from UTS and is a former student of the Harvard Business School, where he completed the Owner President Management Program (OPM).
Garry is passionate about helping those in need and regularly participates in a wide variety of charity events and physical challenges, such as climbing mountains and competing in triathlons, to raise funds. Garry is married to Robyn and has two young adult sons.

Chy Chuawiwat

Chy Chuawiwat is passionate about supporting local communities for both work and charity.
Chy has worked in the IT Industry since 1983, working with IBM AS/400 (now IBM i) and PCs when they first came out. Since 1993 he has worked in sales, marketing and product management, and in IT Security since 2001. Chy subsequently started his own computer security company, P7 Security, and then sold it to Offis, where he is now CEO.
Chy has been the Asia Pacific regional manager for US and UK companies and President of a Japanese subsidiary. He has lived in both Japan and the US for a number of years while working in IT.
Registered as a boxing trainer for professional and amateur boxers since 2008, after work Chy is a boxing coach at PCYC North Sydney, where he volunteers his time to train boxers and is also on the board as Vice President.
Chy also volunteers for Outcomes Australia’s ShareLife Project to help Australia implement world leading organ transplant systems, as well as with BetterOff.

Martin Cross

Dr Martin Cross FAICD has worked in the medicines industry for over 30 years. During this time he has worked in numerous commercial roles at global headquarters and local operations all over the world. He was appointed as the Australian Country President for Novartis in 2003 and in 2008 became an Australian Citizen. He then became the Managing Director of Alphapharm Australia's largest manufacturer and supplier of prescription medicines. During his time in Australia he has worked on many Government and Industry Committees. He has also been the Chair of the Pharmaceutical Industry Council, Generics Medicines Industry Association and Medicines Australia. He is currently a Board Member of the NHMRC National Institute of Dementia Research. Martin is married and has three sons. In his spare time he cycles and sails.


Ginette Lenham

Ginette Lenham is an experienced counsellor with a practice in Macquarie Street Sydney. She has worked as a therapist, co facilitator and facilitator of groups on self-esteem, behavioural change, mood disorders, drug and alcohol rehabilitation and weight loss support groups.
She has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry supporting, mentoring and coaching people through their weight management journey. She specialises in teaching people how to lose weight through enjoyment of eating rather than through conventional methods of dieting which often involves unhealthy and unsustainable eating practices.Ginette also teaches weight management classes at the Sydney University Continuing Education Centre and counselling and communication skills for Think Education.

Ronald Phillips

Amanda Rischbieth

Dr Amanda Rischbieth has over 29 years experience predominantly in the health care sector (public and private) in senior management, business consultancy, clinical, education, research, and academia roles.
A past member of an Intensive Care Unit medical retrieval team; road, helicopter and fixed-wing retrieval and overseas repatriation of critically ill patients, Amanda led the commission and management of a new private sector ICU and patient retrieval service for 10 years. She then moved into clinical research, corporate and health executive advisory roles, and community contribution through the Outcomes Australia leadership group.
Currently Director of Research for Calvary Health Care Adelaide, and principal and director of a private consultancy business in workforce, risk, business strategy and governance, Amanda’s other company directorships span 10 years and include three Executive roles (two as Chairman). She sits on a National Finance Committee, National Audit & Risk Committees, and lectures at the University of Adelaide. Amanda is a Governors Leadership Foundation Fellow and a facilitator and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Elizabeth Sinodinos

Marvin Weinman

Marvin Weinman is a company director and business advisor with over 20 years' experience in managing companies in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Asia, Japan and Canada. Marvin has a wide-ranging management background in marketing, supply chain management and financial and strategic planning within the fast moving consumer goods, apparel products and the building material industries.
With a track record of driving major change and improvement programs, his executive experience includes MD of George Weston Foods – with a turnover of over $1.6billion – owners of some of Australian’s most iconic food brands such as Tip Top bread and Wagon Wheels. He was Managing Director of Boral Building products with sales in excess of $1.2 billion and he served as general manager for Laminex Industries and Formica Asia.
Marvin is currently a director for ProPlanet, T-BoxCanada, CoSports Australia and Walden Farms International. He holds economics and sociology qualifications and was a member of the Business Council of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia.
Since semi-retiring Marvin has developed a strong community interest. As a former Director for the Garvan Research Foundation and former Chairman of Transplant Australia, he is now enjoying imparting his business knowledge into non-profit community interests.
Marvin has been married to wife Linda for over 30 years and is a proud father of two sons, and grandfather to Charlie.
